Warren Library Materials Request Form
The library is now open MWF 10-6 and Tuesdays and Saturdays 9-2. Curbside service is still available to those who prefer.

Please use this form to request specific items and/or to submit a general request for materials.

Keep in mind the following:
-Orders placed at least one day in advance of pick-up will be given priority. Same-day orders may be accommodated depending on staff availability.
-Pick-up times are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 10-5pm and Saturdays 10-1pm. Items not picked up by the end of the pick-up time will be secured in the library until the next pick-up day. SATURDAY ORDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 4PM ON FRIDAY.
-Due to the winter weather, orders are now available inside the elevator entrance.
-Patrons must observe social-distancing rules when picking up material and the library reserves the right to limit the number of pick-ups in one day to prevent crowding. Social-distancing includes maintaining 6 feet of distance between you and non-household members and wearing a cloth mask. If someone is already in the elevator entrance when you arrive, please wait until they leave to go in.
-Please touch only your order.
-If you exhibit any symptoms (cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, sore throat, headache, fatigue, etc.), stay home. Contact director@warrenlibray.com for assistance with our digital collection.
-Items are now being accepted for return. Monday-Friday there will be a supplemental bin to accept materials, weather permitting. Please use this bin first to avoid overwhelming the book drop. Thanks!
