-  The participants must stay the entire time of the tryout.
 Ages 8 to 11 - 11:00 am to 12:30 pm
 Ages 12- 18 - 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm

-   Participants will learn a routine on the spot and perform it in small groups.

-   Once you've submitted this sign up sheet, an email will be sent with a 20 sec music clip. Participants are required to prepare a 20 second Bhangra freestyle choreography of their own and will be asking to perform it toward the end of the session.

Terms and Conditions:
I understand and accept that I am solely responsible for as self/guardian for the aforementioned student and any or all injuries/ill-health that may be incurred during the scheduled period of time in which the student is enrolled. Spinning Canvas, LLC and agents associated with the company, including but not limited to, the dance studio and related parties, the choreographer and related parties, and instructors may not be held legally liable for an injury/sickness that may occur to the student during the time period that the student is partaking in the above said activity.

Photos and videos may be taken during classes or any performances and will be solely used for promotional and marketing purposes of Spinning Canvas, LLC.
