This is the SDS Tango UK abuse report form. Here you can inform us about ANY kind of abuse that you might have encountered, during (private) classes or social events.

As a witness, you can also report abuse to any of the SDS Tango UK members in person, or by using this Abuse report form below.

You can use this Abuse report form to report ANY kind of abuse perpetrated by a member of the Tango community, or a Tango professional/organiser, in the United Kingdom.

Please know that you and your report will be handled in the strictest confidence, and that your identity will NOT be made public in any way!

That being said, we do need your name and contact details so that we know who has filed a report against whom. And so that we can get in contact with you if need be ....

Please be aware that we are NOT trained/skilled medical, mental or legal professionals. As part of becoming a SDS member, individuals have to attend an induction workshop which is an interactive session aiming to share basic knowledge around the topic of (sexual) abuse, including how to recognise it and how to respond to reports.

This includes a section on how to familiarise yourselves with the principles of defamation, in a way that individuals have some understanding of navigating such risks while still fighting against (sexual) abuse.

Each complaint will be dealt with individually and specific outcomes can’t be promised in advance.

This form is used by UK tango schools and organisers who are SDS members, and not by the official SDS organisation .

Although we will check our mailbox on a regular basis, please contact or message ANY of the SDS Tango UK members you know. And we will follow up on your report ASAP.
