Pre-course questionnaire & registration form
Hi, thanks for your interest in my Music Production with Ableton course. This short (5 mins) questionnaire is to get an idea of what your musical interests are, which aspects of music production you're especially interested in and what you want to get out of the course. This way I can adapt the course to best meet your needs. It also lets you indicate when's best for you to have 1-to-1 sessions so they're at a time convenient to you. 

The location of the sessions will be in central Falmouth, UK and last approximately 2 hours. You will not need to bring anything with you (apart from an interest in music production! ğŸ™‚)
