Welcome to Singapore Floorball Open III Team Registration!
The event will be held from 20th - 23rd June 2019.
There are 4 categories in SG Floorball Open:
1) Elite - Minimum of 10 players including goalkeepers
2) Pro - Minimum of 10 players including goalkeepers
3) Corporate - Minimum of 3 players (1 girl on court at all times)
4) Recreational - Minimum of 3 players (1 girl on court at all times)

Registration Fee:
Elite and Pro Category = SGD $450 (Early bird price SGD$400)
Corporate and Recreational = $180 (Early bird price $150)
*Early bird prices end on 31st March 2019

Accommodation Fee:
Please email us at izabela@sgfloorballopen.com for selection of accommodation and a separate payment.

Transportation Fee:
Please email us at izabela@sgfloorballopen.com regarding your team's to/fro location and a separate payment.

Food (Lunch and Dinner):
If you would like SG Open to provide food for your team throughout the tournament, it will be an additional $40 for each pax.

***Please state your TEAM NAME when transferring using PayPal/Bank Transfer (Any incorrect amount tranferreed will be returned and team will not be registered)

Substitutions:
If you would like to replace/add/remove any players, the deadline for such amendments is 3 weeks prior to the event, latest 31st May 2019.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your registration, the deadline for you to notify SG Open is 3 weeks prior to the event, latest 31st May 2019. Also note that your registration fee will be non-refundable after the deadline.
