Channahon School District 17 has been closely following guidance from the Illinois State Board of Education, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Illinois/Will County Departments of Public Health during the COVID-19 Pandemic. New State Guidance has been released that answer a number of questions about the 2020-2021 school year.

As we continue planning for our students' return, we are seeking answers to five questions from our parents & families. Please take a few minutes to complete this brief survey to provide information which will guide our continued planning.

We understand that parents/guardians have a variety of concerns about this next school year depending on their child’s health, grade level, and additional family-specific factors. Your feedback is crucial in helping district personnel to ensure that students and staff have healthy, safe and welcoming learning and working environments throughout the year ahead. As always, our number one priority is always focused on the safety and well-being of our students, families and staff and we promise to do the best we can in supporting each and every child.
