Basu Early Career Awards - Pre-Nomination Survey
The Basu Early Career Awards (US & International) nomination deadline has been extended until July 1, 2022. Obviously, we don't want to wait until the end of June to know how many nominations are likely to be submitted. Please use this very brief form to let us know that you intend to nominate someone.

The form has a second purpose which is to increase the diversity of people nominated for honors. Our Canvasing Committee (aka Nomination Task Force) was originally set up for AGU Fellows nominations but has since expanded to include all awards and nominations. If you know someone who should be nominated but are unsure about the process or just need help then please use this form for that too.

All information that you provide will be available to the NTF and SPA Leadership Team but will otherwise be kept confidential.

Don't forget: this form is not a substitute for submitting a formal nomination package. It is just an information tracking tool.
