SGPHS Student Testing Registration Form
Seniors and Sophomores looking to take the SAT will be allowed to test this year provided they register and pay a $36 fee.  There are no waivers available for these students.  Students must pay Mr. Christensen as soon as possible.

Juniors DO NOT need to register or pay as they are automatically registered and their exam is covered by the district.

Please provide the best email to reach you with testing communications.  Students will receive a confirmation email from Mr. Christensen during the week of March 14th.

Testers will report to the lobby in the main building at 7:25 am on Wednesday, March 23rd.

10th and 12th grade students that elect to take the SAT must pay a $36 fee as soon as possible.  

Students may pay with either cash or check or can use the My School Bucks app to pay for their exams no later than Friday February 25th.

Students classified as and 11th grade students in Skyward DO NOT pay a fee for testing.

A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
