Ready to GO?   This form is required to proceed with a booking in which all information has already been confirmed by our office. This will act as authorization for The Travel Nook to place a deposit and secure your trip on your behalf.  

Note that under the new REAL ID Act, a valid passport(s) will be required for all air ticketing.  

If your trip still requires additional planning such as airfare, visas, excursions or other customized planning closer to your travel time, a planning service fee may be added to your final package pricing. Please review our new policies on trip planning fees in our policies.
