2021-2022 NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION
WELCOME TO HANCOCK PLACE SCHOOL DISTRICT.  

THIS FORM IS TO BE COMPLETED FOR STUDENTS IN GRADES K - 12 WHO ARE NEW TO THE HANCOCK DISTRICT FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR.

(If your student is already attending Hancock and you need to complete your annual enrollment you may do so by logging directly into the SIS Parent Portal).

FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENT(S)  

1.  Complete the registration form. Start by answering the question below and click next.

2. Once your application has been processed an account will be set up for you in the SIS Parent Portal.  You will receive an email with instructions on how to access the portal.  

3. Log in to the SIS Parent Portal and complete all necessary forms and upload all required documents.

4. The Registrar will review all forms and documents you submit through the portal for accuracy.  If all of your information is correct  you will be contacted by a Hancock staff member to discuss your students academic plan and address any questions or concerns you may have. If the information is not correct you will be sent an email notifying you exactly what needs to be corrected. You can then log in to the portal, make corrections and resubmit.

Be sure to have the following documents on hand when completing your enrollment on the SIS Parent Portal:

Your current rent/lease agreement if you are renting your residence or if you own your residence, a current mortgage statement or most recent real estate tax bill.

A current utility bill (gas, electric, water, etc.)

Parent/Legal Guardian Photo ID

Student(s) up to date immunization record

Student(s) state issues birth certificate.  

Please note:  Your student(s) is not actively enrolled until your online enrollment has been completed through the SIS Parent Portal and approved by the District Registrar.
