IMPORTANT: Students may NOT opt to change their instructional setting without administrative approval. Please complete the form for each child who attends High Point. Thank you!

Under present policy a student must be passing all classes in order to move from in-person to distance learning. In order to request a waiver to move to distance learning for health related reasons, please contact the Middle/High School Principal at craig.shreckengast@hpafortworth.com.
