TABI 2022 is an opportunity to present botanical art which reflects the theme of the 7th Global Botanic Gardens Congress by including plants from significant areas/plant collections within the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria (RBGV), Melbourne Gardens.

If you are considering submitting artwork in TABI 2022, we encourage you to explore the list of plants (available on the TABI 2022 webpage) in these significant plant collections.

RBGV is party to and upholds multiple international, federal and state protocols and agreements, which may restrict the usage of specific plant species and accessions. Please be aware that requested plant material may not be available due to this, in addition to seasonal considerations.

Any plant material supplied is for the purposes of botanic illustration only and it cannot be used for propagation either for commercial or personal reasons. Please dispose of the plant material immediately upon completion.

Please provide at least 10 days notice before the plant material is required.
