Salt Co. Student Leadership Application (Fall 2023)
Thank you for taking the time to fill out this application! We are so thankful you're wanting to explore the potential of Student Leadership with Salt Company. The goal of the application/interview process is not to determine if you are "good enough" for leadership. Rather, this process is for us to discern together whether or not Student Leadership would help you in your journey of knowing, loving, and obeying Jesus. Whether the answer is to be a faithful and growing member of a Connection Group or a new leader of one, we hope that this process leads you to flourish in your walk with Jesus at Salt Company next semester.

Now for the logistics...

1. Give yourself a sufficient amount of time to fill out this application. Your answers to questions won't automatically save, so we recommend filling this application out in one sitting. We think it’s worth at least an hour of your time to carefully and thoughtfully answer each question.

2. Contrary to what you might think, the way to "win" on this application is not by trying hard to make yourself look good, but by just being truthful. Honesty is what we are looking for, not perfection!

3. Applications are due by 11:59pm on April 6, 2023.

4. Following this application, you'll have a 45-60 minute "interview" with two members of our staff team (co-ed). This interview is in-person and held at Veritas Church. Interviews will take place between April 11-20th. During the interview process, we will discuss this application further and ask additional questions. You will also have the time and space to discuss private and personal information in a same-sex environment. Further details and instructions for how to sign up can be found at the bottom of this application.

5. You will receive an email on April 23, 2023 with next steps from the staff.
