Prices

The price is 1.690 euro per person (without VAT) for startups, non-profits, small and medium sized enterprises and academics, and 2.590 euro per person (without VAT) for corporate (250+ employees). Your registration will be validated when payment is done.

Prices include accommodation, food, activities and local transport.

Flights

International flights are not included in the prices mentioned above.
Your flight should arrive at Kigali on Oct. 11 evening and depart from Kampala on Oct. 16 evening.

We will automatically send your information to ALK Reizen who will send you a flight quote within 72h.

Cancellation Policy

In case you are no longer able to join our mission after registering, we work under the following conditions regarding cancellation:

100% reimbursement if cancelled before September 1
50% reimbursement if cancelled before September 15
30% reimbursement if cancelled after September 15
