Join Suzy Blais of Green Mountain Conscious Parenting to discuss the importance of trying to create secure attachments with our children while also becoming aware of and honoring those we had growing up.  Explore questions like:
• What is an attachment theory and why is it important to know?
• How do our earliest attachments pave the way for our relationships down the road?
