This is the camper application for the Mt. Graham Teen Week Bible camp. The camp dates are June 23-29, 2019. Campers should plan to arrive after 2 pm on Sunday at the bible camp and will need to be picked up at 10 am Saturday morning. Cost of camp is $155.
Applications received prior to May 20th receive a $15 discount.
Applications are due by June 5th. If your payment has not been received by June 5th, your registration will be cancelled unless prior arrangements for scholarship have been made with the directors.
A $15 late fee will be applied to all applications after June 5th (T-shirts will not be guaranteed after this date). No applications will be accepted after June 15th. If you have any questions, please contact James Fischer or Jessica Knapp.

By signing my name below (parent) I agree that I have read the “Code of Conduct” above for the Teen Week of Camp and agree that my child will abide by it while under the supervision of the Camp Director and Staff. I understand the violation of the rules may result in a camper being sent home at my expense. While Camp Directors and Staff may be expected to exercise reasonable care, I hereby agree not to hold them liable for injuries or accidents incurred during camp or on the way to or from camp. I understand that in the event of injury or illness, the family medical insurance will be primarily responsible and the sponsors insurance will be secondary.
