Helper Responsibilities:
- Maintain at least 10 hours of total playtime per week on the server
- Complete a reasonable amount of Helper level tickets while online
- Follow all server rules and set a good example and be a friendly face for new and returning players
- Assist new players with joining a guild and town
- Enforce chat rules and help foster a positive and welcoming environment
- Answer general questions both in chat and tickets, and escalate anything you are unsure of to Moderators.
- Actively participate in server events
- Other duties as directed

Helper Requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- At least 3 weeks since join date
- At least 24 hours of in-game play time
- At least Apprentice in at least one guild
- No disciplinary action taken against you in the past 3 weeks

Builder Responsibilities:
- Maintain at least 10 hours or more of consistent playtime throughout the week
- Complete build projects by project deadline
- Actively promote the server, including maintaining a consistent vote count of 60% of votes possible per month
- Follow all server rules and set a good example for other players. While builders do not have the same powers as a mod, they are considered to be part of our staff team and need to be a positive community presence
- Attend build team meetings, communicate with build lead and other builders (voice chat is strongly preferred for build team meetings)
- Participate in and help run events as needed
- Maintain privacy in all confidential information provided to you as a build team member
- Other duties as assigned

Builder Requirements:
- At least 16 years old
- At least 3 weeks since join date
- At least 16 hours of in-game play time
- No disciplinary action take against you in the past 3 weeks

Developer Responsibilities:
- Complete projects by project deadline
- Assist with bug fixing and identifying/prevent server issues
- Assist with server maintenance
- Attend staff meetings, communicate with other staff (voice chat is strongly preferred for staff meetings)
- Maintain privacy in all confidential information provided to you as a staff team member
- Other duties as assigned

Developer Requirements:
- At least 16 years old
- At least 2 weeks since join date
- No disciplinary action taken against you in the past 3 weeks
