Vendor Sign-Up Application - 2024

Use this form to sign up to be a vendor at the Raymond Community Church Family Fall Festival on Saturday, September 28, from 9:00 to 3:00. If you have any questions, please contact Jeanne Demjen at jbeliunas@att.net. Our address is 8217 W. 6 Mile Road, Franksville, WI 53126 (Highway G).

Please describe your vendor booth and what items you will be selling. *

The plot size for all vendors is 10x10 and the cost is $20 for veterans and folks over the age of 60, and $30 for other members of the community. Please select which one applies to you: *

I am a veteran: $20

I am a senior over the age of 60: $20

I am a community member under the age of 60: $30

We encourage vendors to bring there own tables, but we will have a few available to rent for $20 if need be. Will you be needing a table?
