SCUBA VBS Participant Registration
WELCOME! Please complete one form per child. VBS is June 16-20, 2024 from 6pm-8:15pm for children PreK (3-5year olds) - 6th grade (child MUST be 3 at time of VBS). There is a $20 suggested donation per child. If registering online, you can pay on the first day of VBS at the registration table. Please fill out the form below and we look forward to seeing you on June 16th! Scholarship money is available to families who need help paying for VBS. Please speak to Amy Schutte for assistance or call at 651-457-3929 X11.
We provide dinner for your family each night, Monday-Thursday from 5-5:45 PM. Please check in the boxes of what nights you will be attending dinner and how many people. Free will donations will be accepted!
