Marching Band Instruments
All piccolo, bari sax, mellophone, baritone, sousaphone, drumline and front ensemble students are required to rent a marching instrument.  All other wind and brass students are encouraged to rent a marching instrument, based on availability.

 Proper Care and Maintenance *
I understand that if the Director deems that proper care and maintenance of the instrument/equipment is not being provided,  I will forfeit the privilege of using the instrument/equipment, and it will be removed from my possession with no refund.  Improper care includes storing it in an unassigned place, and failure to keep the interior of the case clean.
 Will Not Loan *
I understand that I will not loan the instrument/equipment to any other individual or group.
 Care In Use & Transporting *
I understand that I am expected to take excellent care in using and/or transporting the instrument/equipment, and to maintain the current state of playing condition and appearance.
 Received In Working Condition *
I acknowledge that the instruments/equipment has been received in working condition.
 Repair Responsibility *
I understand that all repairs are to be performed by the Director or a repair technician/shop designated by him, and that I am not to attempt to repair the instrument on my own.
 Financial Responsibility Due to Loss or Damage *
I accept full financial responsibility for replacement, maintenance and repairs of this instrument in case of loss or damage due to negligence, accidents and/or improper use, including scratches and dents to the instrument/equipment, that total more than $55.
