Please use this form to indicate your child's athletic preferences for the 2023-2024 school year. We are asking families to indicate these preferences for the full year now in order to help us plan appropriately, improve communication, and appropriately schedule the seasons. 

As a reminder, all Upper School students must participate in at least one sports offering each year.
