Food and Nutrition Refund-Transfer-Donate Request 2023-2024
ALL FUNDS FOLLOW THE STUDENT TO ANY SCHOOL IN THE BOISE SCHOOL DISTRICT -  IF YOUR STUDENT IS ENROLLED IN BOISE SCHOOL DISTRICT NO ACTION IS NECESSARY

Please use this form to either request a refund, transfer funds from one student meal account to another, or donate leftover funds.  You can transfer funds between up to 3 accounts.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to district policy for writing checks we are unable to process refunds under the amount of $10.00.  To receive a cash refund of less than $10.00 you can go to the Food & Nutrition Office (6625 S Elite Dr, 83716) or your student's school cafeteria. Other options include: completing this form to apply the funds to another student account or donating the funds to assist other families. 

Prior to requesting a refund, transfer, or donation: Any scheduled (auto) payments in MySchoolBucks must be disabled. Otherwise, another transaction will occur to add more funds to the meal account.

To cancel a scheduled (auto) payment from a PC:
1. Choose 'AutoPay Settings' under the 'Meal Accounts' menu
2. Select 'Disable AutoPay' below the payment description
 
Students leaving the District with a positive meal account balance (due to a move, graduation, etc.) have until June 30th of the current school year to claim their meal account money, at which time the funds will be donated to assist other families.
