What can I expect in middle school band?
1. Students will learn to read music, play their instrument, rehearsal in a traditional ensemble setting, work in small ensembles, basic musical analysis, basic composition.
2. Students will participate in four or more performances throughout the year- depending on the ensemble.
3. We will have fundraisers to purchase equipment, music, and to fund travel.
4. We will have parent volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
