PreACT for Grade 10 Mar. 31: Opt-Out Form
This form is for grade 10 students/families wishing to opt-out of the ACT on Wednesday, March 31.

All grade 10 students are automatically registered for the test unless they complete this opt-out form. The PreACT is not a required test.

It is not strictly necessary to complete this form to opt out of the test. However, it does help us in planning for the number of students, classrooms, and test proctors we will need on March 31.
