This form is for you to let us know of your event's needs to help our TPF staff know what to anticipate.

A TPF staff member will follow-up to confirm approval of your event and on any missing details to ensure that we're prepared for your event.

Please include the start and end time of the event INCLUDING set up and clean up time. As a best practice, it is recommended that you include at least a half hour before and after your event to allow for setting up and cleaning up. If requesting multiple dates, specify the dates and times for the entire request. [ie. 7/7/2021 at 5pm-8pm and 7/8/2021 at 4pm-7pm]
