In the case of any conflicts of interest, the applications for that country will be reviewed by senior leadership instead of Organized Play. Any persons within Organized Play or senior leadership will recuse themselves if they have a personal stake in an event application.

Applications will be open and editable until November 26, 2023. The application period could close early if we find a suitable event proposal before then. You will receive word within one (1) week of the closing of the applications, if not sooner. See our announcement article for details on what being selected means.
