Afro Carnival Vendor Application
Vendor booth includes space for a 6-ft table and two chairs or a flat fee of $100* (Table and chairs not included). The placement of vendor booths will be strategically arranged to maximize visibility and accessibility to attendees upon entry and exit from the venue. Regrettably, electrical hookup facilities will not be provided at the booths, though options for equipment recharging will be available. Light refreshments will be supplied. Please be advised that vendor applications will be processed in the order of their submission.

*The vendor fee of $100 is applicable until June 8, 2024. Subsequently, the fee increases to $150 until July 31, 2024, after which it rises to a final amount of $250.

Vendor Fee Schedule:

$150: July 31, 2024
$250: August 1, 2024
