KAHAM PARTICIPATION FORM 2019-2020
In order to offset the ever-rising cost of running each of the athletic programs throughout the year, the athletic department will collect a $150 participation fee for all student - athletes wishing to participate in a team sport affiliated with the KAHAM tournament. Regardless of the number of team sports your child will play, the cost is a total of $150 / student athlete. If your child is playing an individual sport e.g. Track & Field, Table Tennis or Chess you will pay the fee mentioned below.  

Please note that this is a " participation fee only." The participation fee does not include jerseys.    

So please submit your (PER CHILD) electronic Athletic Parental Consent form no later than Friday, 10/11/ 2019. Participation fees, payable to Armenian Mesrobian School, are due no later than Friday, October 25, 2019 and are to be submitted to the school office. Please include KAHAM and your child's name in the memo.
