Complete the information below to register your Delegation's Snowshoe Team.  This registration form will allow you to register 10 Snowshoe athletes at a time.  Snowshoe Teams that are larger than 10 athletes will be required to resubmit this form again (there will be a link to "Submit another Response" once you submit this form).  

Event Location: Lost Valley Ski Area
Event Date: Tuesday March 8th

Snowshoeing athletes cannot compete in any other sport; however, they may enter in up to 2 events in one Ability Level. All Snowshoeing athletes are encouraged to provide their own equipment for this event. Ability Levels – 25M & 50M, 50M & 100M, 200M & 400M..  All Snowshoeing athletes are encouraged to provide their own equipment for this event.

You will need the following information to complete this registration process:
       o HOD Name & Email
       o Head Snowshoeing Head Coach Name & Email
       o Assistant Cross Country Skiing Coach Name
       o Athlete: Name, Date of Birth & Events

At anytime during this process you can always select the "Back" button (bottom of the form, to the left of the "Next" button) to go back and review/edit the data that you completed prior to your current section.  Once this form is completed entirely and submitted (click "Submit" on the last section) the HOD & the Head Coach will receive an email (to the emails provided) with a PDF confirmation of you what was submitted.  Changes to what your Delegation submitted can be made up until 2 weeks prior to the State Snowshoe Competition however, the sooner the better!

Athletes must have a current Athlete Medical, Release, Communicable Disease Waiver and COVID-19 Participant Code of Conduct & Risk Form on file with SOMaine prior to February 14th in order to be properly registered for the 2022 Snowshoe Competition. Medicals remain current for three years and the release is good forever (or until updated).
