Led by Peggy Farmer, this workshop will delve into the mindset of constructive discontent to understand how your feelings of dissatisfaction and discontent can be a catalyst for positive change. 

If you are hitting roadblocks in your personal or professional life and are seeking strategies to address the challenges of inertia and stagnation, join this workshop to support you in overcoming obstacles (both internal and external) so you can move forward.

Discover practical techniques to revive your enthusiasm and motivation, whether you are grappling with tackling a complex project, writer's block, burnout, systemic hurdles, or seeking to reconnect purpose in your work.

Peggy Farmer, Ph.D., is the founder and director of Self Mastery International and is a therapist, consciousness coach, wellness consultant, speaker, and facilitator. She is the author of “Exploratory Surgery of the Soul, A Journey to Self Mastery” and served as the Wellness Consultant for the University of the South during the 2014-15 academic year.
