Kids and Family Yoga Class: Halloween Theme. Children ages 3-12 years old. 
My name is Shelly Sager. I am a Certified Kidding Around Yoga Teacher. I also have my 200 hour Yoga Certification. Kidding Around Yoga teaches Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation through stories, songs and play. kiddingaroundyoga.com  I have been teaching Kids Yoga for the past 8 years. I implemented Kids Yoga into my Classroom as an Elementary Teacher and have taught classes around the SWFL Community. 

In this class, we will have fun learning mindful movement using stories, props, and activities that will be Halloween theme. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this registration form. What will you need for Class? 
  • Yoga mat 
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Water Bottle
  • Feel free to wear a costume that isn't restrictive for movement. Or wear your favorite Halloween or Fall Shirt. :)
