NC State Virtual Drive-In Conference Presentation Proposal Form
On May 5th, 2021 the Academic Support Program for Student-Athletes at NC State will host its annual drive-in conference. We are calling for proposals for 45-minute breakout sessions. This year’s theme, “All in This Together” will focus on how we can better support our student-athletes to use their voice for causes they care about. We will also review best practices for supporting students in a virtual environment while navigating through a pandemic.

We are currently looking for presentations from professionals like you for this year’s conference! Topics of interest include (but are not limited to): Initiatives you have used at your school to create a space where students feel empowered to use their platform for causes they care about, how to support our students in finding their voice, things you have learned from the past year that you will continue to use to best support students once we are no longer in a virtual environment.

Please submit your proposal by 5pm on March 31st, 2021. All selected participants will be notified by April 9th! We look forward to reading your proposals. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at ncsuaspsadrivein@gmail.com
