Birds of a feather flock  together! Find other like-minded fans at Leviosa by coordinating a MeetUp.

From shippers to doll enthusiasts, or even fans of other fandoms (Supernatural, Sherlock, Game of Thrones, Dr. Who), MeetUps are a great way to connect with other attendees who love the same things.

Our Meet-Up Chair is happy to assist groups in finding space to meet at the convention. We will have limited rooms available during formal programming hours, but most rooms will be available to book after-hours -- large and mid-sized meeting spaces will be allocated to groups on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are you planning a MeetUp in either public hotel spaces or off-site (e.g.: the Harry Potter area of Universal Studios)? We'd love to include that information on the website and in the program! If you have no preference, we will assign you a space based on projected meet-up numbers & availability. Numbers included are the approximated capacity of the rooms.

Note: while we can't *reserve* public meeting spaces, such as the hotel pools or public courtyards, we can give groups direction/times so there isn't significant overlap of groups in these spaces.
