Class Sign Up (Each class is an extra $25 charge per class you sign up for. They do not overlap if you wish to take more than one class). Classes are subject to change if not enough people sign up. Maximum space of 12 people per class.

Acknowledgment of Deposit *

I acknowledge that my place is not reserved until my NONREFUNDABLE deposit of $75 is received and if I have not paid in full by Match 15th, 2021 I will not be allowed to attend the retreat.

Acknowledgment of Payment *

I will pay the retreat fee in full by March 15, 2021 and agree that this money will be NONREFUNDABLE if I back out within 30 days of the retreat start date. In the event that you decide you cannot attend and it is past the non-refundable date, your fees can be transferred to another participant.
