The regulations herein set forth the foundational principles and expectations for the conduct and responsibilities of all members of the Fleet. Adherence to these regulations is essential to maintain the order, discipline, and effectiveness of the High Guard. Compliance with these regulations is mandatory for all members to whom they apply.

All members of the High Guard (hereinafter referred to as "members") are required to comprehend, accept, and steadfastly adhere to the following responsibilities, thereby committing to uphold the integrity and honour of the Fleet

1. Members shall respect the rights and dignities of all fellow members and allies, ensuring a foundation of mutual respect.

2. Members are obliged to engage in all interactions with other players in good faith, fostering an environment of trust and cooperation.

3. Members must eschew personal or societal prejudices in all interactions within the Fleet, ensuring impartiality and fairness.

4. Members shall always endeavour to conduct themselves in a manner that does not bring dishonour or disrepute upon the Fleet.

5. Members are to respect and comply with all decisions and directives promulgated by the Admiralty.

6. Members shall maintain the confidentiality of Fleet Secrets, safeguarding the security and interests of the Fleet.

7. Members must actively strive to defuse confrontations and avoid being the instigators of conflict.

8. Members shall be generous in offering praise and circumspect in criticism, promoting a positive and constructive High Guard.

9. Members are expected to contribute to solutions rather than perpetuate problems, embodying the proactive ethos of the Fleet.

10. Above all, members shall remember that participation in the Fleet is to be enjoyed, ensuring that the spirit of camaraderie and fun prevails.
