We may or may not know the power meditation has but it gives us an opportunity in these difficult times to take those life giving breaths so required for our bodies and minds to relax.
We begin on 28th of May 2021. The sessions will be held over Zoom on Friday morning at 7.00 am IST and Friday evening at 7:00pm IST every week.
