Dear Bear Creek Families,

As our campus completes the final academic quarter of the 2023-2024 school year, we are also preparing for the 2024-2025 school year.  Our goal is to create an optimal learning environment in each classroom for every child.  One of the most important considerations is placement of students.  Many factors go into making this crucial decision:

1.    Each student’s academic needs
2.    Learning styles of each student
3.    Social needs of individuals and student groups
4.    Overall scheduling, teacher certification, and time-use effectiveness
5.    Class size

Although not required, you may provide us with your input in regards to the first three items.  This information will help us to make the best possible placement for your child.  Please DO NOT request a specific teacher for your child.  Teachers work cooperatively to place the students and choose the teacher/class that would be best for each child.

If you choose to complete this form, please provide the information requested below to be used to match your child’s needs with their 2024-2025 teacher(s).  In order to be considered, this form must be submitted on or before Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 5:00pm.  Forms received after this date and time will not be received in time for class list discussions. If you have multiple children on campus, please fill out individual forms for each child.  Thank you for your assistance.
