Covid Protocol Measures Public Survey
In light of changes passed by the Kentucky General Assembly this week, we are currently evaluating potential options in combatting the continuing rise in Covid-19 cases across the state, which are particularly increasing among young people. Please take a few moments to share your feedback as we work together, with our Board of Education, to develop a plan that continues to make the health and safety of our students and staff a priority.

Now that state legislators have taken away the current face mask mandate in the schools, which best describes your feelings? *
One possible way to keep our schools open would be a "Test and Stay" option where students and staff who are deemed a close contact to a positive at school or on the bus would be allowed to take a Covid test at school each of the 6 days following exposure. If negative, the student/staff member could continue attending each day as long as he/she tests negative. These tests would be performed by a licensed healthcare professional with an FDA-approved test and would REQUIRE parent permission.
If your student were identified as a close contact at school or on the bus, would you be in favor of having him/her stay in school by participating in the Test and Stay option described above? *
