Purpose:
The Student Ministry Leadership Program exists to provide a training grounds for High School juniors and seniors to explore vocational ministry.

Plan:
The NextGen staff at The Creek makes itself available to personally mentor and invest in the selected applicants who meet the expectations, and honor the commitments asked of them by the program. The overall goal of this program is to help mobilize students to use their gifts and passions to serve God and His church.

We’re looking for students who:
• demonstrate consistency in their Christian lifestyle
• actively involved in Crave and Life group
• have identified a call on their life for ministry
• desire a mentoring relationship
• demonstrate an attitude of servanthood.

Promise:
The NextGen team will meet with selected applicants for the entirety of one school year each Wednesday from 2:45-4:00. Mentors will work with students to encourage relational and spiritual growth. Students will be provided a holistic view of vocational ministry by participating in the planning and execution of projects, weekly leadership roles in the church, and attending one trip as a student leader.

*All applications are due on October 12, 2020
*Student Leaders can participate in the program for 2 years
