If you do not have a smart device or if you use a wheelchair, you can convert the minutes you walked into steps. During a brisk walk you take about 100 steps per minute.
For example:
If you walk for 15 minutes... 15 min x 100 steps = 1,500 steps
If you walk for 30 minutes... 30 min x 100 steps = 3,000 steps
If you walk for 45 minutes... 45 min x 100 steps = 4,500 steps
