Deepening CI Practice
A three and a half day long journey with, into and through Contact Improvisation.
What is this practice - to you? Why and how is it part of your life? Which layers of your being get nurtured? How could it be more rich and supportive?

We want to offer different paths for exploring these questions and deepening our practice. Spaces for somatic awareness, to access our body wisdom and to connect to ourselves; opportunities to practice and learn concrete contact improvisation skills; and we want to foster the experience, that we care and are in this together. The added layer of connection in and with nature supports our weaving a web of interconnectedness.

We'll be a group of 30 experienced Contact Improvisers, staying on beautiful Awabakal Worimi Country at Glenrock Scout Camp in Newcastle. LeeAnne, Gina and Joerg will bring their collective wealth of experience to facilitate the main frames for dancing, researching and learning.
