The Old Town Triangle Association (OTTA) is a community-based nonprofit serving residents of the area bounded by North Avenue, Clark Street, and the former Ogden Avenue (“The Triangle”). We are reviewing our policies and programs to better serve you and the community. Your comments, thoughts and suggestions are needed. All responses will remain anonymous.
