Welcome to the ECIR 2024 Invitation Letter Request Form. 

Please ensure that your registration for the ECIR 2024 conference is completed and the associated fee is paid. Official invitation letters will be issued upon request once these requirements are met. 

Please note that invitation letters will be batch processed once per week. You will receive an email notification when your letter has been sent.

In order to prepare your personalised invitation letter, we kindly ask you to provide the following information accurately. Please note your personal details (e.g., First Name, Last Name, etc) must be listed exactly as they appear in your travel document (e.g., passport). Paper ID, Paper Title, and Paper Type are only required for authors of accepted papers.
