All of the details that are submitted are confidential for your medical records and will not be shared with any other parties. This eliminates the need for paperwork to be filled in at the practice which is very important at this time and lets us check that patients attending are symptom free from Covid 19. If you are experiencing Covid symptoms alternative arrangements can be made if you require dental care.
We ask at this time that if possible patients attend the practice on their own. If a parent or carer is required we ask that this person fills in a covid screening update to confirm they have no covid symptoms and for trace and protect.
