Registration is now open for anyone 12 years of age or older. (Pfizer is the only vaccine brand available to 12-17 year olds.)

Please register each eligible person in the household separately, and ensure that the same address is listed for both, so we know to schedule you for the same time.

We will be communicating primarily via phone, and cell phones that receive texts are recommended. (By entering a cell phone number, you are consenting to receive texts for appointment time.) Please enter at least one working number below.

Due to the logistics of storing and administering the vaccine, we are unable to offer vaccine on a drop-in basis. You will receive a text and/or email to inform of dates and appointment times.
