Thank you for your interest in the Market at the Manor! Inside Out Markets is passionate about local talent, handcrafted products, and small business. The Market at the Manor is an outdoor marketplace for local vendors and artisans occurring the third weekend of each month from April to October. Interested vendors will complete the attached application and return it to heather@insideoutmarkets.com or drop it off at Inside Out Markets at 562 South Water Avenue. Please note: your space is not reserved until your application is approved and booth fees have been paid.

Spaces are approximately 10 x 10, but a double booth, approximately 10 x 20 can be reserved for an added fee. Displays should be tasteful and inviting.  Our goal is to create a place where quality products by excellent business owners inspire a love for local shopping.

All vendors are required to follow local and state guidelines that pertain to their market. Food vendors and farmers MUST be operating within the guidelines set out by the Tennessee Department of Agriculture.


10x10: One month- $50. Four months- $175. Seven months- $300
10x20: One month- $80. Four months- $300. Seven months- $500


Discounted rates apply only when paid in full by April 1, 2021. Booth fees are nonrefundable.

Once your application is approved and payment is made, you will be provided with follow-up details, marketing material to share on your social media outlets, and access to a network of market staff to help ensure your success.  We look forward to partnering with you and watching your business grow!
