Monthly Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your kid's classes,a 30-day notice is required to cancel a monthly course before the next billing cycle. Please use this link to initiate cancellation: Cancellation Form. If the cancellation form is not submitted, there will be no refund for the next month's 4-class package. Instead, you'll receive a credit for future classes or camps.

 Subscriptions will end at the conclusion of your current billing period, ensuring no further charges will be made to your credit card. If the form isn't submitted, we'll continue to provide services and issue invoices. To avoid this, please submit the cancellation form as soon as possible. Until you receive a confirmation message from Steffi, your subscription and billing remain active, and charges may continue.

Prepaid Packages Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are not permitted for prepaid packages, and no refunds will be issued. If a class is missed, it can be rescheduled for the following week. All makeup classes must be completed within one month from the last day of the prepaid package period.
