Battle of the Books Interest Form - Grades 3-6 only

Battle of the Books is back for the 2022/23 School Year. The program is ONLY for grades 3 - 6. This is a competition organized by the Douglas County Libraries where participating students read from a list of books, practice as a team to answer trivia related to the books they have read. There will be two teams (grades 3/4 and 5/6) with 7 students on each team. Because of the limited number of student that can participate, there may be the need to implement a random lottery selection. View the reading list.

Please complete this interest form to be considered for the team. Completing this form does NOT guarantee your student a spot on the team.

Teams will begin meeting to practice for the competition in December. The district competition will be in January. All competitions are in the evening and parents must attend the competitions with their student(s).
