Please read the details below before completing the 2025 Fashion Show Model Interest Form

If you are prom or pageant #AGirlToRemember who purchased a dress (or gift card for future purchase) from An Affair to Remember between January 1, 2024 - December 1, 2024, that was $350 or more, we would love for you to participate in our annual Runway Extravaganza at the Crown Complex - January 2025 date TBD.

If you are under 18, you will need parent/guardian permission, so please have them assist you in completing this form. Our event team will review your eligibility to walk in the fashion show and will be in touch with pertinent details and official registration paperwork later this fall. We suggest you watch for emails from AATRNCFashionShow@gmail.com as ALL model communication will come from there, and we are not responsible if you miss the opportunity to sign the model release when it is emailed.
