For capturing logs, Dial*#800# - normal issue - enable screen record - start - reproduce issue and stop logging - now fill all columns and save it - go to internal storage/oppo logs/go in folder that u named the logs/ zip of that logs.Now share this log zip on G drive and share that google drive link with us.
